17 y old, Female, 5'4, 99 lbs, goal = 90. want to know how many times a week its ok to work out?. calories..? - rice vinegar help to loose weight
My girlfriend has started to kill for 12 consecutive days of work, to about 40 minutes on a stationary bike, but is very tired. She eats the menu every day:
A) -2 Eggo waffles low fat syrup Aunt GEMIM 50%.
Pears and grapes --
Baked tilapia with broccoli and rice
Tuna with lettuce, tomato and vinegar.
B) - 1 egg, 2 slices of bread, fat jam, ham, cheese TIMES.
Bananas, olives
- Chicken or meat or fish with vegetables and rice
- The cereal with milk
. I asked myself:
1) It is healthy eating?
2) They have lost weight this way?
3) In exercising this way, DRINK AND still lose weight?
4) How many calories as thirsty IS IT?
5) How many times per WEEKI agree that the solution of NO Way She?
