What liquid can imitate stomach acid.? - why do antacids neutralize stomach acid

I am a scientific project (the need) for the school and need to know what liquid can mimic stomach acid, because my question is for the science project is, which brand of antacid to neutralize stomach acid. Who knows what I use for stomach acid?

First things first: What is stomach acid. For all practical purposes is one thing, hydrochloric acid (HCl). Easier to get a source laboratory. Force may, however, a big problem. Match the proper pH can be difficult.
